Panem - a world that violates all different forms of human rights

I think it isn't really Panem that doesn't respect the human rights but President Snow doesn't.
The most important thing is that there is no respect to the human life itself because of the Hunger Games. Many children have to defend themselves or have to die just for entertaining. And there is no freedom of speech: Everyone that doesn't keep his or her mouth shut is as good as dead. The people can't decide what they want to do and have to suffer from starvation.

And this is just a short enumeration of violated human rights in Panem. There's a lot more but probably in this blog isn't enough space for the others.

Please let me know what you think about this.

  1. Hi GW!
I really like your post, because it is well structured. You used itaics and so on, so that I could read through it easily.
I really agree with your opinion.
